On the disappearance day of A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami, our Srila Prabhupada, my beloved Srila Gurudeva, Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayana Goswami, left me with a profound reflection. He quoted Srila Prabhupada, saying, "Same wine, different bottle."
For the next decade or two, I pondered, "What aspects of our bhakti practices are the 'wine,' the essential truth? And which parts are the 'bottle'—the external elements that support the essence of bhakti?"
I also contemplated why our Acharyas consistently adapted the 'bottle' to fit the time, place, and circumstance.
How would they adjust the 'bottle' to suit this modern era?
The result of this contemplation is my humble offering: Bhakti International.
I hold deep love and respect for bhakti in all its forms, and I neither criticize nor condemn any Vaishnava or group. I genuinely respect all.
With this offering, however, I introduce new 'bottles'—ones I believe are more meaningful and useful for many (though not all) devotees in today’s world.
